Terms of Use

The rules that keep Soulmate respectful and safe. Please read them; by creating an account you agree to them.

The agreement

These terms are an agreement between you and Dream Group, Dhaka, Bangladesh ("we", "us"), for the Soulmate app and website. Our Privacy Policy and Child Safety Standards are part of these terms.

Who can join

  • You must be at least 18 years old. We remove accounts of anyone under 18.
  • You must be legally able to agree to these terms, and not barred from using the service by law.
  • You must not have been convicted of a sexual offence or any crime involving violence against a person.
  • You must not have been banned from Soulmate before.
  • One person, one account.

Your account

Keep your sign-in details safe and tell us at support@dreamithq.com if you think someone else has used your account. Information on your profile must be true and about you, and your photos must show you.

Community rules

Soulmate is for real people looking for friendship, a relationship or marriage. You agree not to:

  • pretend to be someone else, use someone else's photos, or create a fake account;
  • ask anyone for money, gifts, investments, cryptocurrency, bank or card details, or promote any business, scheme or service;
  • harass, threaten, bully, stalk, intimidate or shame anyone, or share someone's private information;
  • send sexual content to someone who hasn't clearly agreed to it, or post nudity or sexual content in your profile;
  • post hate speech, or attack people for their religion, caste, ethnicity, nationality, gender, disability or other characteristics;
  • involve, sexualise or endanger a child in any way. See our Child Safety Standards;
  • offer or ask for sex for money, or take part in trafficking or exploitation;
  • use bots, scrapers or automation, or try to break, overload or get around the security of the service;
  • record calls or share screenshots of conversations to embarrass or harm someone;
  • do anything illegal.

Your content

You own the photos, text and voice notes you post. You give us a limited licence to store, display and process them only to run Soulmate (for example, showing your profile to other users, delivering your messages, and checking content for safety). This licence ends when you delete the content or your account, except for copies we must keep for safety or legal reasons as described in the Privacy Policy. Make sure you have the right to everything you post.

Meeting safely

We work hard to keep fake and harmful accounts out, but we cannot check everyone's background or guarantee anyone's identity or intentions. A verified badge means someone passed our selfie check, not that we vouch for them. Take your time, keep conversations in the app until you trust someone, meet first in a public place, tell a friend or family member where you're going, and never send money to someone you met online. Report anything that feels wrong.

Soulmate Plus

Soulmate is free to use. Soulmate Plus is an optional subscription with extra features, sold through Google Play.

  • Prices are shown in the app before you buy.
  • Subscriptions renew automatically until you cancel in Google Play (Play Store → Payments and subscriptions). Cancelling stops the next renewal; you keep Plus until the end of the paid period.
  • Refunds follow Google Play's refund policies. Deleting your account does not cancel a Google Play subscription by itself, so cancel it in Google Play first.
  • We may change Plus features or prices with notice. Price changes apply from your next renewal, and Google Play will ask you to agree where required.

Anonymous chat

  • Anonymous chat is optional and open only to verified users aged 18 or over.
  • Don't share contact details (phone numbers, social media handles, email addresses) or ask for them. Messages with contact details may be hidden.
  • Chats are deleted automatically after 24 hours. Reported chats are kept up to 90 days for safety review.
  • Screenshots are blocked on Android. Don't try to get around this or record the chat in other ways.
  • All community rules apply. Being anonymous doesn't make harassment, scams or sexual content acceptable.

Soul AI (AI companion)

  • Soul AI is an AI, not a person. It can be warm and romantic, but it isn't a real relationship and it isn't a substitute for professional help.
  • It's only for adults aged 18 and over.
  • No sexual or explicit content. Don't try to get around its safety filters.
  • Its replies can be wrong. Don't rely on it for medical, legal or financial decisions.
  • It will never ask you for money, contact details or to meet. If it seems to, report the message.
  • Report any AI message that is harmful or inappropriate (long-press the message). You can reset its memory or delete the companion at any time.
  • If you are in danger or thinking about harming yourself, contact your local emergency number or a crisis line right away.
  • Free and Plus plans have different daily message limits, shown in the app.

AI features

Suggestions from our AI features (icebreakers, bio help, "why you might click", search) may be imperfect. They are suggestions only; you decide what to send. AI never pretends to be a member. Soul AI is the only AI you can chat with, and it is always labelled as AI.

Enforcement

If you break these terms, we may remove content, limit features, or suspend or permanently ban your account, with or without warning depending on how serious it is. Serious harm, including anything involving children, is reported to the authorities. Paid time is not refunded when an account is banned for breaking these terms, unless the law requires it. If you think we made a mistake, write to support@dreamithq.com and a person will review it.

Leaving Soulmate

You can delete your account at any time in the app or at findsoul.app/delete-account. We may stop offering Soulmate in some places, or end the service, with reasonable notice where possible.

Liability

We provide Soulmate "as is". To the extent the law allows, we are not responsible for how other users behave on or off the app, and we are not liable for indirect or consequential losses. Nothing in these terms limits liability that cannot be limited by law, or your rights as a consumer.

Law and disputes

These terms are governed by the laws of Bangladesh, without affecting any mandatory consumer protections of the country where you live. Please contact us first so we can try to solve any problem informally.

We may update these terms. If changes are important, we'll tell you in the app before they take effect.
